| Philip
M. Levin graduated magna cum laude from Brandeis University in Waltham,
Massachusetts in 1980. He graduated from Hastings College of Law in San
Francisco, California in 1983. During law school, Mr. Levin was a law clerk
for the Appellate Division of San Francisco Superior Court, the Law Offices
of Jeffrey B. Neustadt and the Law Offices of Weber & Wilson. In 1985, Mr.
Levin joined Lawler & Lawler, an immigration law firm in San Francisco.
He opened his own immigration law firm in 1990. In May 1990, Mr. Levin was
certified as a specialist in Immigration Law by the State Bar of California.
Mr. Levin practices solely in the areas of immigration and nationality law.
He has spoken on various topics in immigration law at seminars throughout
the San Francisco Bay Area. These include talks at American Immigration
Lawyers Association (AILA) seminars, Rotary Clubs, churches and the Bar
Association of San Francisco Barristers Club, of which he is a past Chair.
Mr. Levin has also been a guest lecturer in immigration law at San Francisco
State University, John F. Kennedy Law School and the New College School
of Law. In addition, he has written on various business-related immigration
issues for The Recorder and Online Publishing, Inc. |

| Grace
R. Alano, Esq. |

Ms. Alano obtained her J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in
Los Angeles, California in 2000 and is a graduate of the University of California
at Berkeley. During law school, she externed at the United States District
Court, Central District, California with the Honorable Carlos R. Moreno.
In addition, she was awarded a Public Interest Law Foundation Grant and
worked in the area of family law. Ms. Alano also studied International Law
in Buenos Aires, Argentina at the Universidad de Belgrano. She specializes
in immigration and visa services, including applications for permanent residence
and preparation of all temporary visa petitions, removal defense, bond proceedings,
applications for political asylum, applications for naturalization, administrative
appellate practice, representation before U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement,
U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Immigration Court, the Board of
Immigration Appeals, U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Labor,
and provides strategic planning advice. Ms. Alano is a member of the California
Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Originally from Los
Angeles, she is married and is the proud mother of Georgina, born in 2006.

Christopher
M. Chan - Legal

| Christopher M. Chan, a native of the San Francisco Bay Area, grew up in
Moraga. He graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College in 2003. From August
2003 to August 2006, he lived and worked in Kyushu, Japan teaching English
in public schools through the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Programme.
His various interests include scuba diving, traveling, and Japanese Kabuki
theatre. He is also a volunteer usher for the San Francisco Opera and Ballet. |
